  • Face Coverings On School Grounds

    As infection rates continue to rise across the county, the Director of Public Health and the Director of Children and Family Services request that face coverings are worn by parents and carers at school pick up and drop off times in Leicestershire.  Please help us to keep each other safe by following this guidance with immediate effect.

  • Individual School Photographs

    In order to facilitate our return to school, whilst also keeping safety measures in place, it is necessary to stagger the school day in terms of start and end times to minimise congestion; break and lunchtimes will also be staggered.

  • Considerate Parking

    A recent police visit to the school highlighted problems that local residents were experiencing with repeated incidents of inconsiderate parking, particularly along Frederick Avenue.

  • Learning begins at 8.45am

    For some time now, class teachers have been setting work for children to begin as soon as they come into school at the first, 8.45am bell.  The vast majority of our children arrive early enough to begin their lessons at this time.
