 Hours between 11:30 and 1.30pm

 £3,493 per annum (£12.85 per hours) Pay Award Pending 

Battling Brook Primary is a large primary school in Hinckley, Leicestershire. We are incredibly proud of our school, and the school is full of people who are positive, dedicated, friendly and committed to ensuring all children are both happy and successful! This is a fantastic opportunity to join our school.

We are seeking to appoint a midday supervisor with experience of working with children. The school is looking for someone who can assist with the provision of a healthy lunchtime and engage and promote play, maintain a high-quality stimulating learning environment, whilst at the same time managing behaviour to meet our school expectations.

We understand that all members of staff play a role in ensuring our pupils make the best possible progress whilst at our school, as happy and healthy individuals.

The successful candidate would have responsibility for the health, safety and wellbeing of our children during lunchtime. They will need to communicate with Teachers, TAs, Premise Officer if there are any problems or concerns, and will need to attend training in areas such as first aid and safeguarding. Has excellent behaviour management skills and is ready to adapt to the needs of individuals, remain calm under pressure and have a good sense of humour!

The ideal candidates will work well under pressure, have excellent organisational skills, and have the ability to multitask. Training will be provided where necessary.
