Our Year 6 provision, is designed to provide a rich, broad, and balanced curriculum, that prepares pupils for the next stage of their educational career and equips them with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in life. We set high expectations and promote a love for learning, empowering each child in their development as a learner. Lessons are designed to deepen understanding; develop critical thinking and strengthen subject knowledge across all subjects.

At the heart of our curriculum is the development of the whole child, which is done through the use of the learning power pedagogy. Lessons are planned and sequenced that nurture curiosity, encourage active learning and strengthen resilience.
